"Kim has worked in libraries for nearly a decade, starting out at the Newton Free Library then moving to the Waltham Public Library prior to joining the team at Needham. She cares deeply about serving the public, customer service, and building collaborative team environments. She is an avid birder, novice photographer, and loves to travel."
