Happy Dollars: Most happy dollars were in celebration of our guests and the welcoming of Mr. Andrew Sherry as our newest Rotarian.

50/50: Andy Winig had the lucky number but did not draw the winning card.  Deck continues to get smaller as the pot grows to $793!  It will be a happy holiday for someone soon!

Glen presided over the initiation of Andrew Sherry.  Andy is the branch manager of the Needham branch of Middlesex Bank.  Any held several manager positions with Blockbuster and McDonalds prior to joining Middlesex Savings Bank in September 2005 as a teller. He held the position of head teller and assistant branch manager until his recent promotion to community banking officer and branch manager.  Andy is a single dad, raising his son Daniel, a high school junior and football player for Framingham.  Andy is active in the local community and recently participated at our Pancake Breakfast fundraiser.  We are thrilled to welcome Andy into Needham Rotary!

Glen turned the floor over to Marty to preside over a brief presentation describing some of the many projects Needham Rotary undertakes each year supporting both our local community and the less fortunate in other parts of the world.  Glen, Ted, Darrell, Bill and Rich gave a brief overview of our Scholarship Program, Gift of Life New England, Thanksgiving Dinner, Dictionary Project and the Reality Fair.  A four minute clip of the presentations is available on the link below thanks to Needham Cable.  We plan to have the PowerPoint presentations on the website shortly as well as the link to the YouTube videos.
