  • 1/23 at Sheraton Tara, Framingham, social Media seminar; Jim and Susan Brown attending
  • We have a Rotary Youth Exchange student, Pedro Garcia Lopez slated to attend Needham High from September thru June 2013-2014.
  • Ted Shaughnessy reported that Sofia went home to El Salvador; 1/23 a 4 month old arrives forsurgery next Tuesday at Children’s Hospital; 2 more coming from Dominican Republic, going to Portland, ME.

Guests: -  Amanda Visvis, Endicott College student, intern with Bill Rosenberg. Amanda lives in Wellesley and her Dad is a former Charles River Club Rotarian.

 Happy $$$:  sad $ for Pats, Belichek and Brady; many happy to be here; happy for daughter visiting grandson; happy to be serving on BID capital campaign; welcome son back from Oslo, Norway and grandsons going to Bruins home opener; sad for Marilyn’s mom’s passing; sad for friend passing on 85th birthday; RYE student, Pedro Garcia Lopez; opening new building in Dedham and being asked to speak at Tufts med School in February; happy that wheels of government move forward so long as wheels don’t fall off; happy for cold weather; happy for Erika’s children performing in MLK event on 1/21/13.

50:50: Looking for the Queen of Diamonds: Amanda Visvis drew the lucky ticket which was won by somebody. But, not the winning card. The pot is in excess of $500.

Guest Speaker: Eric Roseen spoke about Intermediate Integrative Medicine Day (IIM) on January 23, working with various types of doctors to find best the best overall solutions for patients.  IIM Day inspires worldwide dialog, education, collaboration, research initiatives and programming about medicine that is patient-centered, holistic, economically and environmentally sustainable, and conscious of integrating different global medical systems.

Not only is Eric a full time Chiropractor, he is the team Chiropractor for the Worcester Country Wildcats football team, and is a BOD member of the IIM.

He was instrumental in getting the group's website https://sites.google.com/site/iimday123/ established. Take a look!
