Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs: Celebrating 60 Years of Service to Children & Families

Dr. Takahashi will share with us an overview of Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs, which is now in its 60^th year of operations. Long known in Needham for its legacy program, the Walker Home & School, Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs now provides services to children and families through a continuum of programs that include residential care, special education schools, community-based counseling services, and professional development and consultation offerings. We will hear from Dr. Takahashi about the various ways that the Needham Rotary Club can support Walker’s vision to help all children thrive in their home, school, and community.
