Recreational Activities for People with Disabilities

Our speaker today will be Karen Hurley, owner of Aiming Beyond Limits Crossfit in Needham. She is a career Physical Therapist, who ran inclusive sports programs for Norwood Public Schools, who now runs inclusive recreational activities for people with disabilities. She invites volunteers from the public to support and encourage the athletes during workouts and special events.
