Fitness for Women and Neurodiverse and Disabled People

Our speaker today will be Karen Hurley, owner of Aiming Beyond Limits Crossfit in Needham. She is a career Physical Therapist, who ran inclusive sports programs for Norwood Public Schools, who now runs inclusive recreational activities for women and neurodiverse or physically disabled people. Karen is also a Level 1 Crossfit coach.
