Humor: Shared with us by Doug George
Father Murphy walks into a pub in Donegal, and says to the first man he meets, "Do you want to go to heaven?"
The man said, "I do Father." The priest said, "Then stand over there against the wall." Then the priest asked the second man, "Do you want to go to heaven?" "Certainly, Father," was the man's reply. "Then stand over there against the wall," said the priest. Then Father Murphy walked up to O'Toole and said, "Do you want to go to heaven?" O'Toole said, "No, I don't Father." The priest said, "I don't believe this. You mean to tell me that when you die you don't want to go to heaven?" O'Toole said, "Oh, when I die, yes. I thought you were getting a group together to go right now."

Guest Speaker: Ms. Jamie Brenner Gutner, Executive Director for the Needham Council on Aging.
Ms. Gutner discussed the new Senior Center which is slated to be completed in October. The Center is more than a place to hang out for the elderly. It provides direction and aid in the form of a variety of family services to help folks get help. Often the Center is working with younger folks, the children of the elderly, to help with explaining care options. The CoA also provides transportation to help folks with medical appointments and basic needs. The CoA has very strong support from Friends of the CoA which provided much of the funds required to operate the transportation. The new space is multipurpose by design to allow for a free flow of events, interests and varying class size. All are welcome.
