• 12-18 at 6:30 is holiday party at Erica Bond’s house on 159 Warren St. near the Baptist Church.
• Ted Shaughnessy spoke of Gift of Life recipient, 12 year old Sofia who is doing fine and may go home early!
• Project Ezra (Temple Beth Shalom) will be providing meals on Christmas for folks who have no local family. Contact Lois Sockol for details.

Guest Speaker: Tad Staley, with Needham Rail Trail project, spoke of Bay Colony Rail Trail who is overall umbrella of recreational trails over existing railways; this is the 103rd living park in MA; Minuteman Bikeway is one of top 5 in country; $120,000 in rail ties lying on ground to be recycled for stone dust topping for trail; rail originally built in 1887.
